We collect only the data you actively provide:
- Enquiry form — your name, email address, and any message you submit through the contact form on this site (powered by Tally.so).
- Email — if you email us directly.
We do not run behavioural analytics, ad trackers, or third-party scripts other than the Tally form widget (loaded only when you open the contact form).
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver the services you have asked about. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), or on the performance of a contract where we have agreed to provide services to you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and no longer than seven years for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Tally.so processes form submissions on our behalf — see Tally's privacy policy for details.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email [email protected].
